Project Overview
Meta Burlingame Point is a striking waterfront office campus on the San Francisco Bay, featuring four interconnected buildings wrapped in distinctive white Corian fins that create a sculptural presence along the bayfront. The 804,000-square-foot campus includes 311, 323, 333 Airport Boulevard, and an amenity center, serving as a major Meta engineering and product development hub.
As lead energy modeler for Affiliated Engineers from 2021-2022, I managed the energy analysis for Meta's tenant improvement fit-out and guided the campus through LEED Gold certification. This was a unique challenge—inheriting energy models for completed core and shell buildings, then accurately modeling Meta's high-intensity tech workplace fit-out while coordinating final LEED certification across multiple buildings. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification across all campus buildings.
