Project Overview
The Serena Williams Building is the largest structure at Nike World Headquarters and the first LEED Platinum-certified building on the campus to exceed one million square feet. This landmark project represents Nike's largest investment in design and creativity, bringing the company's Consumer Creation teams—design, consumer insights, and product merchandising—together under one roof for the first time in nearly three decades.
As the energy modeler for PAE Engineers I provided comprehensive energy analysis services from Schematic Design through LEED certification, playing a critical role in achieving the project's exceptional 46% energy cost savings and contributing to the building's LEED Platinum achievement. I conducted energy cost analysis and life-cycle cost evaluations for energy conservation measures. I prepared comprehensive LEED Energy & Atmosphere documentation and generated code compliance documentation for Oregon energy code.
